The cost and time length taken to complete a subdivision depends on the characteristics of the
project and the land involved. We often suggest coming into the office for an initial meeting
before getting each project underway.
If you are proposing a subdivision that is utilising existing road or portion boundaries that may
traverse through your property, a subdivision plan can be made exempt from requiring a full
surveyed definition of your boundaries. To do this requires prior approval from the Lands
Department. This can be a significant cost saver to your project so if we think this may be
